Perth 4WD & Adventure Show 2024 - Friday Stand Staff

The Isuzu 4x4 Club of WA Inc. will be exhibiting at the 2024 Perth 4WD & Adventure Show!

The Executive Committee is seeking volunteers to assist with staffing our display stands on Friday 8th November 2024

We are seeking volunteers for the following times - 

• 0800hrs - 1700hrs
• 0800hrs - 1300hrs
• 1200hrs -  1700hrs

The club will be providing members with bottles of water, soft drink & coffee.

BYO Lunch or you can buy from a food truck.

This will involve assisting the Committee with setting up

• Greeting visitors at our stand
• talking to visitors about our club and what we do
• assisting the committee with merchandising
• taking visitors up to the committee's table that are interested in signing up to become a member

Members are asked to phone our President on 0447 055 553 upon their arrival at the gate to gain an entry pass.

All passes must be given back to the committee on the stand once you have arrived at our stand. If you need to go outside of the show to your car you will be able to get a pass to let you back in.

Members can find free exhibitors parking on Taylor Street in the grassed area our site is 77a next to the camp cooking.

Please note members are required to meet at Gate Entry 2 on Ellam Street if you get to the show early enough you may find free parking there, otherwise you will need to walk from Taylor Street to the entry on Ellam Street. This is the closest entry point to our stand which makes it easier to collect members.
